Cafe Valance

Cafe Valance is a chic bar and coffee shop situated in the Newton Road area. It has a European style café ambience set in the small fishing village of Mumbles. Cafe Valance is ideal for express lunches, serving up freshly cooked food with a lighter touch from salads to skinny pizzas. Alternatively, ask for a selection of breads and olives from Olives and Oils in Newton Road. The chef's seasonal specials and homemade soups are also worth a look. The cafe actually has two bars and terraces front and back: customers can choose between the main bar and the Cwtch bar. A range of events throughout the year include live music, wine tastings, book launches, fund raisers and seasonal functions.
